How To Use:
There will be two files:
(vstdlib_s.dll,WH-TormenT_.dll)
copy to c:\Program Files\Counter-Strike 1.6
copy to C:\Program Files\Valve
Open sXe Any Version
Then Open Cs
Then join Server
